“ We bought a brand new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, 300 miles (in a cute color!!) and had a great experience! There was a miscommunication in the extended coverage insurance- and when we addressed it, they believed us and made it right without any fuss. I think that shows their true character and I’d recommend Baxter to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I’ve been driving it for 6 months now and have 3500 miles on it and it’s been a dream! No issues, no regrets, and obviously no maintenance issues yet. Got a great interest rate too! I much prefer the Baxter style of auto shopping- where there’s no negotiations, they’ve already lowered the cost of the vehicle to the fullest extent. The salesmen don’t make commission and they make their money primarily in maintenance and servicing. Blaine did a great job helping us choose the right vehicle! The vibes were super positive and relaxed and I didn’t feel pressured at all! We shopped at another car dealership and it was so vastly different that we were resolute in going with Baxter. Blaine was very knowledgeable and had pictures of actual crashes from past customers showing how well the Subaru held up, and that sealed the deal. The only knit picky thing I have is with Subaru, not Baxter. My car comes with auto start- but it’s not free. You have to pay a subscription to be able to use it on their app which doesn’t cost much, and I got the first 6 months free, but it’s the principle! That aspect was annoying, but again, it’s a Subaru thing not with Baxter. ”

He let us drive the car for a while by ourselves to get a feel for the seats, worked with us on an our trade in, doing everything he could to get me the best deal. After deciding to buy the car, he then went through every detail of the vehicle itself, potential extra warranties and coverage, went over how the service department works. He even waited on me while I got 3rd party financing figured out. Even if you aren’t interested in a Subaru, but a used car they have, Chris would be the only salesman that I would work with.
